It's all off road, no river crossings or hills, but some really nice woodland and open countryside. Plus a hash friendly pub. As a bonus, it’s Derby Day at nearby Epsom Downs race course. Not sure it’s possible to satisfy the desire for both Saturday runs in the summer and no clashes. So, to be fair, people may wish instead go the Warwick H3 300th run, no doubt great value at £3.00.
